Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, or social platforms

  • Meet service level targets, including response time and customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent (college background preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer service or contact centre experience is a plus

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools and multi-channel platforms

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally
