About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our growing team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Cebu City, Cebu. In this full-time position, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. Based in our modern contact centre facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns via phone, email, and chat
- Providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and documenting resolutions
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or management
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers professionally and empathetically
- Open for applicants with or without BPO experience
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address a wide range of customer inquiries
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Familiarity with call centre or customer service operations, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations
