Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries related to Google Ads account setup, billing, and campaign performance

  • Troubleshoot ad disapprovals, keyword issues, and performance drops

  • Guide customers on best practices to improve campaign results

  • Help businesses understand tools like keyword planner, conversion tracking, and audience targeting

  • Log all interactions accurately in CRM systems

  • Meet KPIs such as resolution time, customer satisfaction, and first-contact resolution

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer support or contact centres (preferred)

  • Basic understanding of Google Ads platform and digital marketing principles

  • Google Ads certification is a plus

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and CRM platforms
