About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to start fresh with a rewarding career in the telecommunications industry. As a Customer Service Representative at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc.', you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing high-quality service and support to ensure their needs are met. This full-time role is based in our Tarlac City, Tarlac office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and responding to inquiries, complaints and requests
  2. Troubleshooting customer issues and guiding them to the best solutions
  3. Updating customer accounts and maintaining detailed records of all interactions
  4. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  5. Providing a friendly, professional and empathetic customer experience
  6. Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  5. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  6. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
