About the role

As a Call Centre Agent at AGVILL RESOURCES INC', you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. In this full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls from customers and providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance
  2. Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  6. Participating in training and development programs to continuously enhance your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries
  3. Proficient in English, both written and verbal
  4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meeting deadlines
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  6. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
