About the role
As a Call Centre Agent at AGVILL RESOURCES INC', you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. In this full-time position based in Cebu City, Cebu, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing
- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Participating in training and development programs to continuously enhance your skills
What we're looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
