About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team of LGH INTERNATIONAL SERVICES INC' as a Customer Service Representative. Based in our office in Angeles City, Pampanga, this full-time role will see you providing excellent support and assistance to our customers via telephone and email.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshooting customer issues and providing effective solutions
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
  5. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Demonstrated customer service experience (either through work or volunteering)
  4. The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  5. Familiarity with contact centre software and CRM systems
  6. A positive, flexible and team-oriented attitude
