Job Highlights

  • Monthly Rate: Php 12,000-14,000
  • Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable transactions efficiently and manage dedicated AP inbox
  • Set up and execute payment processing through platform
  • Create and distribute customer invoices with accuracy and timeliness
  • Perform comprehensive cash reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy
  • Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting processes
  • Handle diverse ad hoc accounting projects as assigned by the Controller
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records in QuickBooks system
  • Collaborate closely with the Controller to optimize accounting workflows

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with proven track record
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software
  • Experience with or similar automated bill payment systems
  • E-commerce or wholesale industry experience strongly preferred
  • Availability to work Pacific Standard Time business hours
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple administrative accounting tasks
  • Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
  • Eagerness to grow and take on expanded responsibilities in a dynamic environment
