Job Description:

  • Managing accounts payable/receivable, processing and recording transactions.
  • Recording daily financial transactions from multiple sales channels, including D2C website and B2B sales orders.
  • Reconciling bank, merchant, and credit card accounts, and preparing financial statements.
  • Assisting with payroll processing and supporting tax preparation.
  • Maintaining accurate ledgers and assisting with audits or compliance reporting.
  • Communicating with internal teams and sometimes with clients about financial matters.
  • Tracking inventory levels (purchases, adjustments, stock movements, write-offs, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • With 5 years of Bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero, with ability to learn new software as well.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and general knowledge of financial reporting tools.
  • Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and applicable tax laws.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Integrity, discretion, and capacity for handling confidential information.
  • Amenable to work ASAP.
  • Amenable to work nightshift (CST).
