About Us
Rua Seguridad Corp. is a proudly Filipino-owned, ISO-certified leader in thermoplastic road marking paints, bitumen products, and road safety solutions. Since our establishment in 2006, we have built a nationwide presence and an outstanding track record in supporting major infrastructure projects.
We are currently looking for a strategic and forward-thinking professional to lead the development and launch of new products, drive business growth, and strengthen our position in the road construction industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy aligned with revenue goals.
- Work with sales/marketing teams to identify opportunities across public works, contractors, municipalities.
- Drive pricing, contracts, and bids to capture margins while meeting demand.
- Own P&L: monitor revenue, cost of goods sold, margin performance.
- Conduct financial forecasting and scenario planning.
- Review margins at different customer segments or regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and public agencies.
- Respond to pricing inquiries and contract negotiations to secure repeat business.
- Prepare and maintain sales forecasts and backlog reports to inform production planning.
- Identify and pursue new markets, partnership opportunities, or product lines
- Align throughput planning, quality, and dispatch with commercial commitments to avoid supply gaps or missed orders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- Master's Degree/MBA is preferred
- With technical knowledge and understanding of construction materials and processes
- Innovation / Business Incubation experience is a plus
- Must possess an innovative mindset and strong business acumen
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Must have a valid driver's license; owning a vehicle is preferred
- Willing to travel nationwide for fieldwork and site visits
