Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Quezon City for a Head of Business Development. The Head of Business Development will be responsible for overseeing business planning and development, analyzing market trends, managing accounts, and driving sales initiatives to expand the company's market presence. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and strategizing to meet the organization's growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Planning and Business Development
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills to interpret market trends and developing strategies
  • Experience in Sales and Account Management to drive business growth and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in a senior business development role is a plus
