About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our people management strategies and ensuring the smooth running of our employee-focused operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Administering and coordinating various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and payroll processing
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Collaborating with department heads to identify and address HR-related issues and implement effective solutions
  • Participating in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR officer or generalist role, preferably in the consulting or advertising industry
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly in Excel and data management
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proactive and customer-service oriented mindset
