Quezon City | Full-time Internship

Radix HR is looking for HR Interns to support Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and HR Administration. This internship is ideal for students who want practical exposure to payroll, government compliance, employee records, and HR operations.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in preparing and organizing employee records and HR documents.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration tasks.
  • Help in preparing reports for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government requirements.
  • Coordinate with employees on C&B-related concerns (leaves, timekeeping, allowances, etc.).
  • Assist in filing, data encoding, and maintaining accurate HR databases.
  • Participate in HR administrative tasks and projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Must have own laptop and reliable internet connection
  • Minimum 200 working hours required for internship
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Strong Organizational Skills, able to manage time properly
  • Open to working Hybrid (2 Days Onsite, Other Days Work from Home) in Quezon City
