About the role

TEVIANT' is seeking an enthusiastic HR Associate to join our dynamic team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the overall HR operations and contributing to the development of our talented workforce. What you'll be doing

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related documentation, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that align with the company's strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance the employee experience and foster a positive work environment

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or services-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
