EDL Holdings Inc. is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Associate to join its Shared Services HR team. The role is responsible for handling payroll processing, government-mandated benefits, and company-provided benefits administration while ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accurate and timely payroll for employees across multiple business units under the Shared Services setup
  • Handle government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) including reporting, remittances, and compliance
  • Administer company benefits such as health insurance, leave credits, and other employee perks
  • Maintain and update employee records related to compensation and benefits
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits concerns
  • Prepare reports, analytics, and documentation for management review
  • Support audits and compliance requirements related to C&B

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits administration (Shared Services or multi-company setup is an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government statutory benefits
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with HRIS or payroll systems is preferred
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
