
HR Assistant

The HR Assistant provides administrative support to other HR team members related to benefits administration, recruitment, compensation, and other key HR areas. Duties include assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, maintaining accurate employee records and managing internal and external communications for the human resources department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support role for the HR department. The HR Associate often interacts with employees and directs them to the appropriate resource person to resolve concerns. Duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Performing administrative duties, such as updating and maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department
- Generates, processes, and maintains proper records of employee attendance and leaves to assist with payroll duties
- Proactive contribution in policy / process formulation, revision and amendment, hiring and salary administration
- Submitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling job interviews
- Coordinating orientation and training sessions for new employees
- Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events
- Assist with compliance documentation on employment and labor laws
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 years business course
- Fresh graduates may apply
- Zero to 6 months work-related experience
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work in Ortigas Ave., Mandaluyong
Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training)
