Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team for an international account. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting business clients, promoting our products and services, and driving lead generation and sales. If you excel in building relationships with businesses, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are open to shifting schedules, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to business clients to introduce and promote products and services.
  • Identify and qualify potential business leads, and schedule follow-up meetings or presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits, answer questions, and address concerns from business clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of qsales experience, preferably in B2B outbound sales, B2C or Telemarketing,
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with business clients.
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, including nights and weekends, as required by the business.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM systems and data entry.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Ortigas

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
