About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Consultant based in the Philippines to represent an Australian telecommunications provider. This role is ideal for someone who loves sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to earn commission by helping customers connect to the right NBN, Mobile, and Fixed Line solutions.

You will work with Australian customers, so a strong understanding of the local Telco landscape is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for NBN, Mobile, and Fixed Line services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable plans and packages.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep up to date with Australian telecommunications products, offers, and competitor activity.
  • Use CRM and reporting tools accurately to manage leads and sales pipeline.
  • Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience at all times.

Experience

  • At least 2+ years of sales experience (preferably Telco, BPO, or call centre sales for Australian clients).
  • Knowledge of Australian NBN, Mobile, and Fixed Line products is highly desirable.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Resilient, competitive, and highly motivated by commission.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

You already understand (or are keen to learn) the ins and outs of the Australian Telco market and can talk comfortably about NBN, mobile, and fixed line products. You want to control your earnings, take ownership of your sales targets, and enjoy the reward of a strong commission structure.
