About the Role

We are expanding our national presence and looking for Sales Managers across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will develop strategic partnerships, manage key merchant and institutional accounts, and ensure strong market penetration for the company's financial technology and payment solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with overall business targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients—including merchants, distributors, and institutional partners—in the fintech and EMI ecosystem.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and contract renewals.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align go-to-market initiatives and product positioning.
  • Monitor sales metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, revenue performance) and prepare accurate forecasts and reports.
  • Negotiate pricing, partnership terms, and business proposals to secure new deals.
  • Represent the company in industry events, partner meetings, and business reviews within the assigned territory.
  • Ensure compliance with EMI regulations, AML/KYC standards, and internal sales policies.
  • Mentor and support local sales representatives or account executives where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in FinTech, Payments, EMI, Banking, or Financial Services industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or territory-based role.
  • Strong network with merchants, banks, aggregators, and fintech players.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital reporting platforms.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

  • Sales performance vs. quarterly and annual targets.
  • Client acquisition and retention rates.
  • Revenue contribution per territory.
  • Market share growth and account expansion.
  • Compliance and client satisfaction metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
