Sales Trainer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Evaluate training needs and identify gaps in sales performance to develop targeted training strategies
• Overall responsible in the design of the company's new hire training program for sales personnel
• Develop training materials including presentations, handouts and online resources to support the training program/s
• Collaborate with sales manages and leaders to establish training goals and strategies that align with overall company goals and objectives
• Deliver training programs for new and current sales representatives through a variety of channels and methods such as virtual, classroom, on-the-job and coaching sessions
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Liaise with external training providers as needed
• Maintain updated records of training material and database

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With at least 2 years solid experience in sales training (preferably in financing industry)
• Knowledgeable in module design, training facilitation, training needs analysis, use of CANVA, PowerPoint and/or other presentation tools
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
