IT Sales Associate (IT Company) | Hybrid-Makati | Earn 50k above~

We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Sales Associate for a full-time, hybrid role that offers excellent earning potential, with the opportunity to earn above 50k. As an IT Sales Associate, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our IT company by identifying and converting qualified leads into satisfied customers.

Position: IT Sales Associate

Location: Makati City (Ayala Avenue)

Salary: Php 30,000 and above (Open Negotiable) + Allowances and commissions

Work schedule: Monday- Friday (Week ends off)

Work Arrangement: Fully work onsite

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively source and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and digital marketing
  • Demonstrate and pitch our IT products and services to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent post-sales support and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and technical support, to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Participate in sales training and development programs to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 months and above of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the IT or technology industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and sell products/services
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and B2B Sales, IT Sales, or similar role
  • Understanding of Integration Solutions, digital transformation, IT modernization, or IT Related products
