About the role
Sodexo On- Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a talented HR Generalist Assistant Manager to join our team in Mauban, Quezon. This full-time position will play a vital role in supporting our human resources operations and contributing to the overall success of our business. As an HR Generalist Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and employee relations to policy development and compliance.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection of qualified candidates, including posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews
- Providing support in the onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Administering employee benefits and leave programmes
- Handling employee relations and addressing any workplace concerns or disputes
- Developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Collaborating with the HR team to identify and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and overall organisational performance
- Maintaining accurate employee records and generating HR-related reports
- Providing administrative support to the HR department as needed
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience using HR information systems
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Filipino
