Assistant HR Manager

Summary

The Assistant HR Manager supports the delivery of core HR functions—including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR operations—to help drive a positive work culture and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as HR partner to assigned business units.
• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations concerns and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in performance management and capability development programs.
• Coordinate compensation and benefits queries and support payroll-related processes.
• Oversee HR documentation, reporting, and HRIS updates.
• Support execution of engagement, culture, and CSR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to HRBP or employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of PH Labor Code and HR processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in service or food industry is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
