Job Summary:

An HR Assistant is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, on boarding, compensation, and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. They also handle employee relations, training, and performance evaluations

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting and Selection:

  • Identifying hiring needs and developing job descriptions.
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Making hiring decisions and coordinating on boarding.

On boarding and Employee Relations:

  • Managing new employee on boarding and integration.
  • Providing support to employees on various HR-related matters.
  • Addressing employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Mediation and resolution of workplace conflicts.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Managing employee compensation and benefits administration.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Training and Development:

  • Identifying training needs and designing and delivering training programs.

Performance Management:

  • Supporting the performance evaluation process.
  • Providing guidance on performance improvement.

HR Compliance:

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintaining employee records and databases.
  • Processing payroll and benefits.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Analysing HR data and trends.
  • Providing support to management on HR-related matters.

Qualifications :

  • College graduate of any Business-related course.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Generalist at least 6 mos. to 2 years.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Team management skills
  • Computer Literate.
  • Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite
