About the Role

As the first point of contact for all employee queries, you'll work closely with various stakeholders across IT, Finance, and Legal to deliver outstanding employee experiences. If you enjoy creating value through streamlined processes and thoughtful problem-solving at scale, this role offers the perfect blend of people-focused support and operational excellence.

What you'll do:

Provide guidance and support for employees from pre-employment to offboardingCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure new hires are positioned for successMaintain the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity within the HR systemsWork closely and effectively with others to address and resolve employee queriesKeep the self-service knowledge base updated with relevant information for employeesPrepare and deliver insightful reports for content governanceDrive operational excellence by maintaining and updating standard operating proceduresIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiativesProvide support for people programs across global regionsGenerate and analyze HR reporting to provide valuable insights and recommendationsFacilitate governance alongside stakeholders and present engagement metrics for further improvement

What we're looking for:

A Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Economics or any related fields is desirablePrior experience in HR Shared Services (HR Administration or HRIS Support) with exposure to APAC, Americas & EMEA regionsFamiliarity with HRIS systems and their management, such as WorkdayExcellent analytical and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detailOutstanding communication skills across written, verbal and interpersonal fieldsEffective priority management and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environmentCustomer-focused mindset with good coordination and collaboration skillsAble to work confidently with stakeholders while maintaining integrity and confidentialityStrong adaptability, with an openness to learning new technologies and processesPositive energy and proactive work approachFlexibility to work with shifting schedulesExperience in process improvement (LEAN or six-sigma certification is a plus)Dashboard creation knowledge is advantageous
