We're looking for a sharp, proactive
IT Helpdesk Specialist
to keep our systems running smoothly. You'll handle day-to-day support for workstations, printers, servers, and network devices, act as our main helpdesk contact, and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently. You'll also maintain IT assets, ensure security compliance, support project rollouts, and travel to off-site locations when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduates or 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V), and Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow)
  • Knowledge of networking is an advantage
  • Understanding of system updates, backup, and recovery procedures.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
