About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Training and Development Admin Executive to support our Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. This remote role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a passion for employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage training schedules and calendars for both virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback, and certifications.
  • Support the onboarding process by organizing orientation programs for new hires.
  • Monitor and update the learning management system (LMS) with current content and user access.
  • Communicate effectively with trainers, department heads, and employees to ensure smooth training operations.
  • Conduct post-training evaluations and compile insights for continuous improvement.
  • Help research and source external training providers or materials as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to training budgets, contracts, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in HR or L&D functions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of tools like Zoom, Canva, or Trello is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
