Executive Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and communications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, minutes of meetings, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, bookings, and accommodations.
- Assist in planning and organizing meetings, events, and company activities.
- Act as the primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Track deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and basic budget monitoring.
- Conduct research and gather data for executive decision-making.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the executive.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Can handle confidential information and work with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
