What you'll be doing

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, travel arrangements and other commitments
  • Screen and prioritise incoming calls, emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items from meetings
  • Conduct research, data analysis and prepare reports and presentations as required
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the CEO's behalf
  • Provide general administrative support, including document management and filing

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally supporting a senior executive
  • Excellent organisational, time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care
  • A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach to work
