Executive Assistant to the CEO

What you'll be doing
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, travel arrangements and other commitments
- Screen and prioritise incoming calls, emails and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items from meetings
- Conduct research, data analysis and prepare reports and presentations as required
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the CEO's behalf
- Provide general administrative support, including document management and filing
What we're looking for
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, ideally supporting a senior executive
- Excellent organisational, time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost care
- A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach to work
