Executive Support
  • Manage the Owner's calendar, meetings, travel schedules, and appointments.
  • Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, messages, and calls.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and event-related documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all executive and company information.
Office & Administrative Support
  • Organize and maintain files, contracts, invoices, and important documents.
  • Draft and dispatch memos, correspondence, and announcements.
  • Track expenses, liquidations, reimbursements, and event-related budgets.
  • Manage procurement requests and ensure timely delivery of needed items.
Client & Stakeholder Assistance
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients when the Owner is unavailable.
  • Manage follow-ups, updates, and coordination for ongoing projects.
  • Ensure professional representation of the Owner in all communications.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years experience as Executive Assistant, Admin Officer, or similar role.
  • Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Experience in events or creative industries is an advantage.
  • Can work flexible hours and be on-site during events.
