Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering employee engagement, and supporting the overall strategic direction of the HR department. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding programs
  • Ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization
  • Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conducting investigations as necessary
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Assist with benefits administration including enrollment, claims resolution, and communication
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment process
  • Support payroll processing by providing necessary employee data
  • Knowledge in Timekeeping
  • HR Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements and internal standards
  • Support audits and reporting needs
  • Performance Management & Training
  • Support the performance review process and employee development programs
  • Help identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training sessions
  • HRIS & Reporting
  • Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS
  • Generate reports and HR metrics as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Knowledge of employment/labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Must be willing to start immediately.
