DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates the research and data gathering phases of OD initiatives and other HR  projects, and provides comprehensive administrative and logistical support for all corporate HR activities and engagement programs.
• Assists in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening basic resumes, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and coordinating pre-employment background checks and onboarding new hires.
• Compiles HR data for reports, dashboards, and presentations, while simultaneously maintaining the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS.
• Organizes and maintains HR records, employee files, and corporate HR policy and other documents, ensuring compliance and easy retrieval.
• Drafts and distributes corporate HR communications, including organizational announcements, policy updates, and HROD program information, ensuring consistent and clear delivery across internal channels.
• Providing Support & Services – Supports general administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Report Preparation & Documentation – Prepares reports and documents activities, processes, and analyses.
• Talent Acquisition & Development – Identifies, attracts, and hires qualified candidates while supporting their professional growth.
• Organizational Development – Develops and implements initiatives to enhance individual and organizational performance.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in HR administration or generalist role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proficient in HRIS, Google Workspace, MS Office, and Canva.
• Skilled in data management, reporting, and office systems.
• Maintains confidentiality and compliance in handling employee records.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
