About the role

Join our dynamic team at WeTrade Digital Ventures Inc. as an HR Generalist. This full-time position is based in Alabang Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, and will play a crucial role in supporting our growing workforce. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of human resources functions, contributing to the overall success and well-being of our employees.

What you'll be doing

  • Administering and managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with the company's strategic objectives
  • Providing coaching and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
  • Coordinating employee benefits, payroll, and leave management
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Contributing to the design and delivery of HR-related training and development programs
  • Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for management's strategic decision making

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws in the Philippines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to continuous learning, personal and professional development
  • Strategic thinker and using innovative approach to Human Resources Management
  • Able to lead and manage a diverse workforce, including Millenials and Gen-Z employees
