
HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and support to align people strategies with business objectives. The role focuses on driving employee engagement, performance, organizational effectiveness, and workforce development while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
- Partner with management to identify and implement initiatives that improve organizational culture and performance.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and leaders on employee relations matters.
- Handle complex employee issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve retention.
3. Talent Management & Development
- Support recruitment efforts by working with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely and quality hiring.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate learning programs.
- Partner with leaders to create individual development and career growth plans.
4. Performance Management
- Guide managers through the performance management cycle—goal setting, mid-year reviews, and evaluations.
- Support in identifying high-potential employees and planning for succession.
- Ensure consistency and fairness in performance assessment and feedback.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits team to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Advise managers on pay decisions and policy interpretation.
- Support annual salary review and incentive programs.
6. Policy, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures.
- Provide HR metrics and reports to management to support data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in an HRBP or HR Generalist role.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
