
NDIS Administrative and Rostering Support Officer Part Time

Position Overview
The NDIS Administrative & Rostering Support Officer (Tier 1) is responsible for preparing and managing staff rosters in line with the Shads Award, coordinating participant bookings, maintaining accurate administrative records, supporting compliance documentation, and managing routine email communications with participant families.
Core Responsibilities
Rostering & Scheduling
Prepare weekly, fortnightly, and monthly staff rosters.
Ensure rosters are compliant with the SCHADS Award.
Confirm staff availability and make adjustments as required.
Conduct initial accuracy checks before escalation to the onshore QA process.
Administrative Support
Maintain up-to-date participant booking records.
Provide accurate data entry for payroll and timesheets.
Assist with filing and maintaining participant documentation.
Support the development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Client Communication
Draft, send, and manage follow-up emails with participant families.
Maintain a record of all correspondence for accountability.
Escalate non-responses or urgent issues to the onshore team.
Use designated email accounts to ensure clear, consistent communication.
Compliance Support
Assist in preparing and updating NDIS participant support plans.
Track deadlines for compliance documentation and renewals.
File and manage compliance-related paperwork in secure systems.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
1–2 years in administrative, scheduling, or support roles.
Experience in customer service or client communication preferred.
Technical Competence:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Familiarity with rostering or scheduling systems (training can be provided).
Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Clockify, email systems).
Soft Skills:
Strong written English and attention to detail.
Organised and able to manage competing priorities.
Professional and empathetic communication style.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
