Do you have experience in compliance within the NDIS or healthcare sector? We're hiring a Compliance Officer to help ensure audit-readiness and safeguard the quality of services provided to people with disabilities.
The Opportunity at a GlanceWe're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to support a healthcare and disability services organisation operating within the NDIS framework. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup.
To succeed, you must have at least 2 years of compliance, quality, or audit experience in the NDIS, healthcare, or community services sector. This role will work closely with management and frontline staff to align operational practices with legislative requirements, NDIS Practice Standards, and organisational policies.
How You'll Make an Impact- Ensure ongoing compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Quality and Safeguards Framework, and relevant legislation
- Maintain and review compliance registers, policies, and procedures
- Conduct regular internal audits and readiness checks, addressing non-compliance issues with corrective actions
- Oversee incident and complaint reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
- Assist in developing risk management strategies and compliance frameworks
- Provide compliance reports and risk assessments to management
- Deliver compliance-related training and guidance to staff
- Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders during audits and reviews
- Have at least 2 years of compliance, quality, or audit experience in the NDIS, healthcare, or community services sector (non-negotiable)
- Understand NDIS Practice Standards, Quality Indicators, and reporting requirements
- Have hands-on experience conducting audits and preparing organisations for external audits
- Possess excellent attention to detail, organisational, and documentation skills
- Are an effective communicator with staff, management, and external stakeholders
- Prior experience in an NDIS provider organisation
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks within disability support services
- Experience developing and delivering compliance training
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday
- Remote role for Philippine-based candidates
- Proper Philippine employment setup (not freelance or project-based)
