Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.

  • Inventory of all Computer peripherals and equipment
  • Completes all IT related projects
  • Maintains technical knowledge and reviewing professional publications
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

KNOWLEDGE:

The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

  • Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
  • Efficient troubleshooting abilities
  • Web Development

Qualification:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is often preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, Unix).
  • Networking skills, including understanding of TCP/IP protocols.
  • Experience with databases and database management systems (e.g., SQL)
  • Cybersecurity knowledge, including understanding of security protocols and best practices
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Experience in system administration, network administration, or database administration.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for an IT Specialist. This includes the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
