Job Overview

ServicePoint is seeking 
10 Network Support Specialists
 to assist a high-profile customer with a network migration project. This is a 3-month, remote, phone-based support role based in 
Manila, Philippines
, providing real-time assistance to field engineers during 
network upgrades and migrations
.

This role involves supporting the migration from 
Cisco Viptela SDWAN to Cisco Meraki SDWAN/SASE
, requiring a strong understanding of networking concepts, hands-on experience with Cisco and Meraki technologies, and the ability to troubleshoot and support field teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the migration from 
    Cisco Viptela SDWAN to Cisco Meraki SDWAN/SASE
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration
  • Conduct network assessments and assist in optimizing migration strategies
  • Configure and manage 
    Meraki SDWAN
     devices, ensuring high performance and security
  • Provide live phone-based technical support to field engineers during and after migration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in real-time
  • Document network configurations, migration plans, and support notes
  • Share knowledge and mentor junior team members when needed
  • Stay up to date on the latest in 
    SDWAN/SASE
     technologies and best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years
     of experience in network engineering, with a focus on 
    SDWAN technologies
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Meraki Switches
  • Mist Wireless
  • Zscaler
  • Cisco Viptela SDWAN
  • Cisco Meraki SDWAN/SASE
  • Strong understanding of routing, switching, and network protocols
  • Familiarity with network security principles
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support remote teams under pressure
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., 
    CCNP, CCIE, or Meraki certifications
    ) are highly desirable
