Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to job offer and onboarding coordination. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Source and attract qualified candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other innovative channels. Handle volume hiring for entry to mid-level positions and specialized hiring for technical and niche roles. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases to ensure accurate reporting. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process. Monitor and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.) to evaluate hiring efficiency. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company’s market presence. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws in all recruitment activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1–2 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition professional. Proven experience in volume hiring , technical recruitment , and niche hiring . Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, social media sourcing). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage. Can start ASAP on 1st week of January 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
