The Technical Solutions Specialist must be able to conduct Field works for Site Survey, inspections, Installation, Configuration, Activation, Testing & Commissioning for the following solutions – Network Solutions, Communication & Telephony Solutions, Cabling Solutions, Fiber Optic Solutions, CCTV & Security Solutions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Conducting site survey inspections For Firewall & Networks, PABX & Telephony Systems, CCTV & Surveillance Security Systems and discussing design requirements with clients.

  2. Providing design size up and measures to clients.

  3. Specifying equipment and configuration to be used in the project installation.

  4. Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing security cameras, computer networks, and additional equipment used in project solutions deployment.

  5. Boarding, calibrating, activation, and programming equipment used in project deployments.

  6. Testing equipment, diagnosing, and repairing defects.

  7. Completing installation documentation and following established solutions.

  8. Offer technical support for activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems.

  9. Be able to recognize, research, isolate, resolve, and follow-up on problems.

  10. Provide feedback that includes customer information and usage reports.

  11. Must be able to solve problems, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, understand, and interpret technical terms
