We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to manage and qualify sales leads from multiple channels. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, confirming their interest, and passing qualified leads to the sales team. You will also track call outcomes, prepare daily reports, and participate in regular progress meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers from provided lead lists through outbound calls, emails, or messaging.
  • Confirm interest in products or services and gather relevant information for sales conversion.
  • Manage approximately 1,500+ inbound-generated leads monthly.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Prepare daily outbound call reports and present progress updates in weekly/monthly meetings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead conversion strategies.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and lead qualification targets.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or a similar role (BPO experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Willing to work on-site and adapt to shifting schedules if required.
