We're Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist

Seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialistto join our dynamic team. This position is a remote work opportunity for an experienced professional focused on pipeline and prospect development initiatives. They gather and assess potential sales prospects, often working for organizations focused on contacting potential clients and selling their products or services.

This position is for entry-level candidates only and offers a Php 25,000 to Php 27,000 package (non-negotiable). Please apply only if this salary range aligns with your expected salary.

Location: Pasig, Philippines

Work Mode: Work from home

Role: Lead Generation Specialist (WFH)

What You'll Do
  • Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients
  • Handling objections & answering product questions
  • Qualify prospects by asking questions regarding their business needs and requirements
  • Properly prepare lead notes that the directors will use on their meetings
  • Manage and update a database of leads for future contacts
  • Work closely with the sales team

What We're Looking For
  • With at least 1-3 years of strong background in lead research, preferably in B2B
  • Experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and appointment setting
  • Excellent communication skill,s both written and verbal
  • Experience in ZoomInfo, , or similar B2B lead gen platforms is preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of using B2B platforms to generate leads
  • Able to generate organic and inorganic lead
  • Knows how to build relationships with existing clients and prospects
  • Able to work remotely with good internet service at home
