We are a fast-growing international business looking for a skilled and proactive IT professional to take ownership of our systems and security. This is a hybrid role based in Makati, supporting both our in-office and remote teams.

As our IT Security & Systems Administrator, you will ensure that our IT infrastructure is secure, efficient, and reliable. You'll manage our Cisco Meraki firewall and VPN, protect our endpoints, and support our staff across a modern Google Workspace environment, with exposure to Office 365 systems as well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Cisco Meraki firewall, VPN, and network security policies
  • Oversee endpoint management (remote lockout, device security, patching, monitoring)
  • Ensure compliance with company data security policies and international best practices
  • Provide IT support to local and remote staff (hardware/software/network troubleshooting)
  • Manage hardware inventory, software licensing, and IT assets
  • Monitor network performance, identify risks, and recommend improvements
  • Support secure onboarding and offboarding of staff
  • Maintain disaster recovery and backup protocol

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT security
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki (firewall, VPN, network security)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console, security policies)
  • Bonus: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 environments
  • Familiarity with Windows 11 Pro endpoint management tools
  • Security-focused mindset; certifications a plus (CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, etc.)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
