Mid Technical Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to design, develop, and implement robust technical solutions while ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. The Technical Architect will lead solution delivery initiatives, oversee technical teams, and play a critical role in defining system architecture for enterprise applications and infrastructure, particularly within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to align architecture with organizational goals.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
• Oversee the integration of applications with APIs, web services, and enterprise platforms.
• Ensure best practices in infrastructure architecture including networking, telecommunications, and security.
• Conduct advanced analysis and design to optimize system efficiency and reliability.
• Manage and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry and organizational standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and present solution architecture designs to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in a similar Technical Architect or equivalent role.
• At least 5 years of experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a financial institution or banking environment.

Knowledge

• Strong understanding of banking concepts and financial services operations.
• Proficiency in solution delivery lifecycle and enterprise-level system design.
• Advanced knowledge in analysis and design methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with COBOL, CICS, Java/.Net, and SQL programming.
• Strong background in infrastructure architecture (network protocols, telecommunication layers, infrastructure security).
• Experience in integration with APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.

Skills

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills (oral and written English).
• Advanced technical and programming skills across multiple platforms.

Work Setup: Onsite/Hybrid (Will discuss further if selected for the role)

Salary: Open to discuss depending on the years of experience and career level as a Mid Technical Architect

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php110, Php120,000.00 per month
