Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mid to Senior-level OutSystems Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications on the OutSystems low-code platform. This role involves creating scalable and efficient solutions, integrating applications with enterprise systems, and ensuring high standards of performance and security. The OutSystems Engineer will play a key role in driving technical excellence, providing mentorship to junior team members, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications on the OutSystems platform.
  • Work with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Implement integrations with APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
  • Ensure applications follow best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and guide junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and provide recommendations on OutSystems platform usage.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and actively contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
  • Maintain technical documentation for solutions, integrations, and processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest OutSystems features, certifications, and low-code development trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3–6+ years of experience in application/software development, with at least 2–3 years of hands-on OutSystems development.
  • Proficiency with OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, and LifeTime.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, data modeling, and enterprise integration.
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and query optimization.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integration methods.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php100, Php110,000.00 per month
