Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to manage, support, and enhance our IT infrastructure. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Ensure system security through access controls, firewalls, and backups.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
  • Document system configurations and technical procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and virtualization.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
