Role Description
Location: Remote (Cebu) — Field-based, with potential travel across different locations

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Key Accounts Specialist to join our growing team You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This role involves a mix of remote work and field activities, so flexibility and initiative are key.
The role involves managing and nurturing key client accounts to drive sales growth and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, presenting tailored solutions, analyzing account performance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field, having a Bachelor's degree in an allied health course (e.g., Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Nursing, Nutrition, Biology, or related field) is an advantage.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in key account management, sales, or client relations (preferably in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or related industries)
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Willing to travel for client meetings, fieldwork, and product presentations
- Must be self-driven, adaptable, and results-oriented
- Preferably based in Cebu or nearby areas
