National Key Accounts Manager's role is responsible for the overall strategy, execution, and general management of all sales-related activities within assigned key accounts and categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Management: Drives topline revenue growth within designated accounts.
  • Accounts Receivable: Ensures timely collection of receivables.
  • Profitability Oversight: Maintains account profitability through effective management of portfolio mix, trade investments, returns, and operational expenses.

Scope of Role

  • Category: Dry or Chilled (based on assignment)
  • Accounts: SM, Robinsons, Puregold, Convenience, or Membership channels
  • Region: Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao (depending on experience)

Key Performance Objectives

  • Growth in Gross Sales
  • Improvement in Contribution Margin

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail sales and national key account management, with direct engagement at the head office level
  • Preferably with a background in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, either from a distributor or principal
  • Strong in strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management
