Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the forefront of customer interactions, proactively and reactively handling queries and escalations. Your role will include:
- Responding to customers concerns and inquiries.
- Engaging with customers through email.
- Keeping customers informed by maintaining updates on new and ongoing tickets.
- Facilitating communication between customers and internal support to drive timely resolutions.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous issue tracking.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Must have experience as Email Support (REQUIRED).
- Must be at least a 2nd year college undergraduate.
- Good computer skills, with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service and people skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Decisiveness, collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability.
- The capability to prioritize quickly and remain unflustered in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in insurance or payments is preferred.
