About the role

We are seeking a talented Chat & Email Support agent to join our growing team at New Era Placement Agency Co. in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through efficient and effective communication via chat and email channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns through chat and email
  • Provide accurate information and guide customers towards the best solutions for their needs
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a non-voice capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) and other relevant software
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
