About the role

AGVILL RESOURCES INC' is seeking a dedicated Non Voice - Call Center agent to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels, excluding voice calls.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice platforms
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers to address their needs
  3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or supervisors
  4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  6. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent written communication skills in English
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Proficient in using various software and digital tools for customer service
  4. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  5. Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and priorities
  6. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or non-voice call centre role
